glitzmotion started as a set of backstage notes shared between camera operators, lighting directors, and editors working the UK's live event and broadcast circuit. Today it's a structured guide that helps production teams of any size bring the same polish to camera movement, stage lighting, and visual rhythm — without years of trial and error.
Our story
After years of running camera and lighting departments on tours, conferences, and broadcast sets, our founders noticed the same mistakes repeating across new crews: rushed camera moves, inconsistent lighting cues, and edits that lost the audience's attention. glitzmotion was built to close that gap with clear, repeatable technique.
We now work with independent event producers, in-house AV teams, and broadcast crews across the UK, helping them deliver shows that look and feel professionally produced from the first cue to the last.
